Our Clients Say

More than two years ago, I shared a safari post with my parents, knowing it aligned perfectly with their goal to pursue adventures while they could fully enjoy them. I never imagined they would actually book it — and I certainly didn’t expect them to invite me to join. When they did, I cried. It was the trip of a lifetime, and sharing it with them made it even more meaningful.
Kenya and Uganda exceeded every dream we had. For 17 days, we felt immersed in our own episode of Planet Earth. In the Maasai Mara during the Great Migration, we witnessed hundreds of thousands of wildebeests and zebras, lion prides both fierce and tender, a mother and son leopard whose bond moved us deeply, and elephants so powerful yet graceful they brought us to tears. Visiting the Maasai people and experiencing their culture was equally powerful.
In Uganda, the experience continued in ways I can hardly describe. Chimp tracking in Kibale was unforgettable — seeing them in their natural habitat, so strikingly similar to us. In Queen Elizabeth National Park, we saw rare tree-climbing lions. And in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest, we trekked to spend time with a gorilla family, including an 18-month-old who completely stole our hearts. Standing just feet away from them was humbling, emotional, and awe-inspiring.
Boone Safaris made every moment seamless. We experienced extraordinary wildlife while staying in beautiful boutique camps that combined comfort and luxury in the middle of the wild. The staff welcomed us warmly, the meals were exceptional, and the guides were knowledgeable, kind, and endlessly patient. They truly made the experience unforgettable.
This safari wasn’t just a vacation — it was transformative. I have never felt more alive, more grateful, or more in awe of the world around me. If you’re considering a safari, I cannot recommend Boone Safaris enough.
